Limerick Corner June 2024


We had a fantastic vendor event and basket raffle in May! The weather cooperated, and it turned out to be a lovely day. We had an amazing selection of vendors offering a variety of wonderful items. Over 30 baskets filled with generous donations from the community were raffled off. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the following donors: Perry’s Ice Cream, Renn’s Auto Parts, Pink Cow, Russell’s Steakhouse, Destroyer Park Golf, Karen Sutten, Pixley’s, Judy Lotz, Village Treasures, Karen & Gene Przybyl, Krehers Egg Farm, Sharon Woodward, Tammy Kelley, Pat Popielski, and the Akron Community.


On June 15th, we were at the Akron Chamber Sidewalk Sale, and on July 4th, we co-hosted the Chicken BBQ with the Friends of the Library in Russell Park.


We also hosted our 2nd Annual Kids’ Day on July 6th! This free event for kids and families featured lots of fun activities.


Lastly, our annual rummage sale will be on August 23rd from 4 pm to 7 pm for a sneak peek, and on August 24th for the main event.
