February flew by! We had so much fun at the events we hosted in January and February. A big thank you to Linda Chaffee for all the hard work she put into the wine bottle painting class in January — especially on such a very cold day. The projects turned out beautifully!
Thank you as well to all the families who joined us for our Valentine’s Craft Party in February. We had a wonderful time and are already planning for next year.
Now bring on March! We will have one more class scheduled for March 14 from 1:00–4:00 PM. We will be painting a ceramic rabbit. The class is open to youth ages 9 and older, as well as adults. This project does take some time, as we will be applying several coats of paint; however, you may finish sooner depending on the colors used. The cost is $5.00 per person, with a family cap of $10.00. Registration is open soon on our website, or you may email or call to register.
Our Brick Sale has officially begun! By purchasing a brick, you help support the cost of our landscaping project. Bricks may include a family or business name. You may also contribute toward the cost of a brick with a donation. We have reclaimed bricks from the repaired chimney, as well as new bricks that will form a pathway to the bell cupola. To learn more, email wmk@limerickschool.org or call 716-320-0512.
We will also be hosting a Spring Basket Raffle and Rummage Sale on April 24 and 25 — more details coming soon and watch webpage.
Mark your calendar for Celebrating America’s Culture on May 16 from 1:00–4:00 PM at the Limerick School/Hall. More information will be shared soon.
